affectionate care from reception to departure,. best breakfast

The staff were very helpful and friendly. Also, the room was beautifully decorated and the bathroom was a delight!

They did their best to make us comfortable. Cafetiere in the room was a nice touch

Thought that the one-off cleaning charge of £25 for having for having our dog in the room a little steep - also it was not mentioned until after we had booked with a non-returnable deposit. Option of a Full English breakfast should be included in the price of the room (which is not cheap)

i liked the shower and the breakfast in the morning.

we were told not to be back to late, which we thought was rude as we had paid alot of money to stay there and it was up to us what time we came back!

The room and en suite were immaculately clean, really spotless, with nice touches like squares of fresh flapjack and good coffee. The staff were helpful, the grounds quiet and well-tended. And the pond of koi carp outside the front entrance provided a soothing backdrop to a good night's sleep.
